This is Sophie. Sophie has been in the hospitality industry for over 7 years. Starting as an apprentice chocolatier, it wasn't long before Sophie fell in love with the career and started adding her love of chocolate into her love of baking. Her dream was always to have her own baking and chocolate business, with the support of her amazing family and the help of her loving partner, this dream is now becoming a reality and we can't wait to see where the future leads for Sophie's Pantry!
